2026 Orange v Black Inter-squad Time Trial

This Inter-squad meet will be a competition between LG athletes. No other schools will be participating. 

This practice will run longer than normal practices. Let your event coach know if you cannot attend fo rthe duration.

I. Purpose

This is an opportunity to measure your progress, try out an event and feel what it is like to compete in a track meet. We want y’all to have fun! However, this is a big learning opportunity for the athletes that are new to track. Let's find a balance between fun and focus.
